Description A cold-tolerant legume species available as Rhizobium-inoculated seed; versatile and highly nutritious. Excellent for both food and feed, with a protein content of 25–29% on a dry-matter basis and a high fibre content. It produces green seeds, adapts well to environmental conditions and is resistant to diseases. Thanks to its strong N-fixing ability, it is an excellent preceding crop for wheat.
