What will you be doing?
The role focuses on a key stage of the employee lifecycle: from attracting candidates to seeing them become stable, committed members of the team.
1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment and Selection)
• Creating and managing strategically designed, attractive job advertisements.
• Organising and conducting interviews, and continuously improving the candidate experience.
• Using recruitment marketing techniques to attract the right candidates.
2. Integration (Pre-boarding and Onboarding) and Retention
This will be your key area of responsibility:
• Pre-boarding: We start building the relationship as soon as the employment contract has been signed, before the first working day. Your tasks include preparing the new colleague's first day so that everything runs smoothly, compiling the necessary information and assigning a mentor.
• Onboarding: Drawing up and monitoring the training plan in cooperation with the mentor and our HR generalist colleague, ensuring successful integration into the team.
• Workplace well-being: Active involvement in planning and implementing workplace well-being programmes. We work closely with our dedicated well-being staff to safeguard the physical and mental health of the team.
• Community building: Making the most of your organisational and planning mindset when arranging team-building activities, company events and family days.
Working Hours & Team
This is a new position within our Finance/HR team. Working hours are between 7:30 and 16:00, but you may also have the option of working from home if needed. The team is youthful, dynamic and sees problems as challenges.
Benefits & Perks
• Bonuses: In addition to your regular monthly salary, bonus payments twice a year, plus extras (e.g. on marriage or the birth of a child).

• Commuting: The place of work is Karcag. Travel allowance of HUF 30/km or 86% reimbursement of a public transport season ticket.
